- Maria Gracia: How to prevent and manage bullying and cyberbullying
Short description: The workshop is intended to provide practical tools for teachers and trainers to manage bullying and cyberbullying situations with under age students. The workshop has been created starting from the need of having a management system that states roles and procedures to act in a fair and prompt way in front of such situations.
- COMI, Stefano: Developing civic competences among students. How can we train teachers to work with students on the theme of EuropeanValues?
Short description: The workshop will provide both practical and theoretical tools to aim at the theme of European Values. Starting from the concept of European identity, in this workshop, the objective is to create a common ground of discussion based on a different way of perceiving European Values inside educational field looking at the way we, as a teacher or educator, promote and perceive these values.
- eTwinning ambassador: How to set up eTwinning projects countering hate speech and polarisation?Short description: Creating an online project and collaborating with European partners is easy using eTwinning. You can international partners, you can collaborate and disseminate your projects. This workshop shows you how to develop online international projects.
- Rainbow: Roxana - Save humanity with identity! Focus group on European Values
Short description: The European Values Study covers a wide range of human values. The main topics concern family, work, environment, perceptions of life, politics and society, religion, morality and national identity. In this workshop we will explain how we can help students recognize and differentiate stereotypes and prejudices. Also, we will see examples from the press and the media that highlight European values. Students need to be taught to analyze the materials they consume in the media, and you, the teachers, can support them with a few simple tricks. Let's learn them together!
- Mrs. Serena Valietti, journalist. How a free press leads to personal freedom. Tips and information for training students to the right to expression.
Short description: The workshop will explore key issues in contemporary information: from freedom of speech, to inclusive language and hate speech, to fake news and constructive approaches to journalism. The workshop is aimed at raising awareness about how to manage those critical topics as trainers and teachers with students. The activity includes both theory and practice.
- Epos workshop: How to implement European Values in an international project (Dutch).
Short description: International projects are valuable to schools. Through international contacts and cooperation schools can learn together and from each other. In this workshop you will learn how to implement an international policy at your school. You will learn what kind of Erasmus+ projects can help you to put this policy into practice.
- Tim Van Aken: How to create an impactful European Values-project
The Impact+ Exercise has been developed to help applicants and projects think about what their impact could be and how to measure it. Do you want to set up a project implementing European values in your school? Do you want to create impact together with your partners. This workshop can help you to reflect on creating impact with your project idea.
- David Ribes Lladós: How to engage students to collaborate making an European Values Campaign in schools
Short description: Do you want to learn how to create a participatory campaign with your students? In this workshop we will explain step by step the process of designing a dissemination campaign, focusing specially on the participatory approach. Together we will discover the benefits, the challenges and the risks of participatory methodologies applied to communication.
