De deelnemers

• Kennen het Zweeds onderwijsmodel in het algemeen en in het bijzonder het Zweeds model van volwassenenonderwijs.
• Verwerven inzicht in de relevante voorwaarden in het volwassenenonderwijs in Zweden.
• Verwerven inzicht in het betrekken van medewerkers in een beheersbare omgeving van een Zweedse onderwijsinstelling voor volwassenenonderwijs.
• Verwerven inzicht in de organisatorische omstandigheden voor het onderwijs aan volwassenen i.s.m. privé partners en lokale/regionale/nationale overheden.
• Verwerven inzicht in samenwerking en formele geïnstitutionaliseerde samenwerking binnen de Zweedse context.
• Ontdekken verschillen en gelijkenissen tussen het Zweeds en het Vlaams onderwijssysteem.
• Maken kennis met en bezoeken van instellingen voor volwassenenonderwijs: basiseducatie – beroepsopleidingen – hoger onderwijs – Zweeds voor anderstaligen
